Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation or changes by you:

Cancellations 4 weeks before the workshop start date: You can transfer your booking to another available workshop or receive a refund of 50% of the workshop fee.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the workshop start date: Unfortunately, due to the short notice, refunds cannot be issued.

Cancellation or changes by Laura Fox Printmaker:

If your workshop is cancelled due to rare unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to rearrange a mutually suitable alternative date. If this isn’t suitable, a full refund will be given.

Age restrictions: Workshops are restricted to adults over 16 due to the use of sharp tools.

Privacy policy: I will never sell your data and promise to keep your details secure. I will only contact you about the workshop. By providing your details, you agree to be contacted by me.

Intellectual property and copyright notice: Workshop materials, including notes and handouts remain the property of Laura Fox Printmaker and may not be copied or distributed without permission. Participants agree not to reproduce or use workshop content for commercial purposes.

Workshops are held in my home/studio please do not take photos.

Artwork copyright: All artwork in the studio and home created by Laura Fox Printmaker remains the property of the artist. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork without prior written consent.

Photography and recording: I may ask to take photos or record videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let me know.

Accessibility: The house is wheel chair accessible.

Attendance and conduct: Participants can be asked to leave to a course or session should there be any rudeness/ aggression or misuse of materials, without a refund.

Health and safety: Sharp lino-cutting tools are used in the workshops. Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organiser. The organiser is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the workshop.

Clothing: Please wear suitable clothing, printing ink can stain. The organiser will provide aprons.

Liability: The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the workshop.
